I am
EmperorRafaeLXVI one of the Malian veterans that serve this country from its birth . I am one of the Military Commanders during President 
Revilo X and I serve also as Foreign Minister for two consecutive months during President 
Jaiace and today I am the incumbent party leader of the biggest and oldest political party in Mali and also today I am here to serve once again this great nation at the top of its power to be a President of Mali .
In the New Era of Suna every political , economic and military aspects will be change the bigger world you have the bigger enemies will come . But the question here is Do you think Mali is well prepared to face this new challenges ahead from us ?
For my opinion we can do it as long as we are united , cooperating with each other and ready to fight for mali even we know that mali is not our real country in real life.
In real life i came from the Philippines a small country in the Pacific Region , Here today in suna Philippines is existing now so i can go to my homeland anytime i want but still i am here in Mali not because of wealth and benefits of this nation but because i want something new even its pretty tough . Because I want "AFRICA" to be a powerhouse of the world even in a game only i want to change the status of this black continent . If in Real Life Africa has always been colonized in the past but here in Suna we want Africa to be a Strong Continent and Mali will be our first foundation to make that happen .
MY AGENDA
1.) FEEDING PROGRAM
We all know that in the early stages the market will not be stable because of small production , for other new players it will be hard for them to buy those goods because salary and eco skill is low and if that's happen other new players will come out and quitting the game because of difficulties to live here.
So my plan is to set a counter measures to not make that happen and my early solution is a free full supply program or in short "feeding program" This program is to give FULL supplies to all players that will fight and serve Mali . This program also could minimize the burden of all Malians because of the effects of the reset , but this will be only in a short term basis after the market and economy became stable i will cut the supply to half to minimize the burden of the government expenditure also . This program has a very good effects from the early stages because we can maximize the countries military capabilities to rapidly retake all our "Industrial Regions" that temporarily lost to us because of reset and also it could make our players for faster growth of rank and their levels .
2.) MILITARY REORGANIZATION
Another Important Priority in my list this is to Re-establish the Country's Military Organization by putting new military commanders to strengthen the cooperation and combat capabilities to maximize the country's national defense .
3.) PRIVATE MILITARY SUBSIDY PLAN
Private Military Units is a very "BIG" help to our country i want also to give them appreciation because they are fighting for the sake of our country . but because of reset this plan will not be effective yet because we need first to rebuild the economy to make this happen , but i'm open for talks and suggestions to all private military leaders to hear their opinions for this subsidy plan .
4.) EXTENSIVE FOREIGN RELATIONS
Mali is once a strong nation with strong allies and economic partners but now in this new world seeking friends outside of "AFRICA" is also top priority not only they could benefit us but also it could extend our social aspects it could give us also better communication by sharing ideas and also it will improved our intelligence gathering that could help us to determine possible future threats .
5.) HOUSING LOAN PROJECT
Housing Loan Project is already establish by Former President
Jaiace because she wants all Malians to have house not only to improved for faster level up/rank but also it could help us to improved more our military might . but because of reset this project will be temporarily not effective , but after our economy recovered i will announce the rules and regulations for this housing loan project.
So this is all my list for early plans for the New Mali that will help us to grow but the best way and our key to success is to be united as one .

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
