We already finish working on the DS Structural Plan Phase I we failed to finish the work on the plan deadline because of RAW material problems because the unexpected skyrocket of price and small production of stones in the past few days in the world market . but despite of this problems we still able to finish what we have start . to counter this problem we are planning to build a q3 stone company but because of the budget deficit and lack of personnel to handle this kind of work (because im busy in weekdays so i cannot handle it everytime) we cannot build it yet .
we are now starting to work for the DS Structural Plan Phase II . Our goal is to make every islands of Philippines to have an active Defense system and make a country a moderate fortified island country . we are still in a long run to finish the Phase II but if the work is finish we will immediately activate the DS Structural Plan Phase III in the near future .
Recently the President put a new program by trying to help some active people of the country .
As a Senior military official of the country , the president give me the authority to create rules and guidelines for the scholar students of the country .
RULES , GUIDELINES and BENEFITS of Scholarship
*GUIDELINES
- I strictly recommend that all scholars shall be part of the Philippine Army
because fighting under an elite unit will give you a 20% bonus in attack damage and its a good help especially for newbies . ( in the case of
_Joshualel_ because he is a MU leader ill give him an exception because he cannot abandoned his MU without selling it (i have plans on him already on how i can give his supplies)
- I recommend also to all scholars to be part of Commune system but it will be "OPTIONAL" so it will give freedom for the scholars where they want to work .
- Always Active working and fighting everyday in any war u want except to the countries we have a NAP check especially in Taiwan wars and The End Alliance country's
- Only the president has the authority if the scholarship of a player is already done if the player already achieved the scholarship goals for him.
*RULES
- Failed to conduct activity for a week will result to expulsion on the scholarship
- Selling the Scholarship supplies is not acceptable and it will result to expulsion
- Hitting against the countries that we have a NAP will be also against the rules it will not led to expulsion but its depends on the intensity and effect of your wrongdoings on the said party .
*BENEFITS
- If u are under the Philippine Army MU i will give you special privilege to make your scholarship effective and to train you on some important task .
*Officer Privilege - this privilege will give you an important task to train you on setting a battle order our TOP PRIORITIES on setting our BO will be exclusive only on Philippines War (# 1Prio) or the wars of the country's that we have good relations like Canada , Papua new guinea and Slovakia (# 2 prio).
*Storage Privilege - we will give you access in the Military unit storage facility so you can get your scholarship supplies anytime but you should be responsible on how many supplies you will get if you want extra supplies i will give you permission on it but you should ask first the other commanders or the president so they will know about it . we are doing this because our supplies are limited and already budgeted.
- on the article that the president created he clarify that scholars will receive a total 6 q5 foods and 30 q1 weapons everyday . so earlier in the morning i talk with the president to make some little changes on his scholarship program and he agreed .
Revised Scholarship Program (SUPPLIES ONLY)
*Non Commune Scholars- for non commune scholars there will be no changes on the supply benefits you will receive it will be close to 6 q5 foods and 30 q1 weapons only .
* Commune Scholars - for commune scholars there will be a little changes on their supply benefits it will became5 q5 food + 40 q1 weps + 3 q5 Gifts + 2 q1 Tickets ( Scholarship Supplies) and it will be added by 60 q1 weps + 10 q5 food + 2 q5 gift (commune salary supplies) in a total equivalent of 100 q1 weps + 15 q5 foods + 5 q5 gifts + 2 q1 tickets this kind of supply will be considered a nearly full supply package for the benefit of a commune scholars.
WAR with GUATEMALA (Reasons , Problems and Military Reforms)
until today we are now at war with Guatemala a small country but a resilient force , their citizens are already well experience on war . we decide to go on war on other country just to check our offensive capability (Without our strongest fighters) but due to lack of firepower and coordination (because most of our population are newbies) plus lack a of supplies is also a problem and national support is also lacking . I already know that this will happen but trying to step forward is not bad because it already show what is our main problems in the military . Building an Offensive capability is far more difficult than building a defensive capability. the main ingredients for strong offensive power are to have a strong citizens that can able to drop 1 million damage in a single round if every citizens of PH has already had that capability we can consider ourselves as a Medium Military Power Country. (in a good way we already established a moderate defensive capability since we put massive defense systems in the country + we have more power on defending because of some extra buffs) . the results of war with Guatemala is the reason why the President order a strict regulations on joining the army and building up new projects like the scholarship program as a first step towards a more stronger military force .
Today we are now attacking again well we don't expect to win it but just to have a practice battle for some PH citizens since we already pay gold for the DoW so let's have use of it at least

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
